Preparing For Your EMS Session
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after your session — hydration helps your muscles contract more effectively and improves results.
Avoid workouts right before your session. Your muscles will be doing intense exercise during your session, so skip a hard workout beforehand.
Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before your appointment. Avoid coming to your EMS Sculpt appointment on an empty stomach or after eating a large, heavy meal.
Wear comfortable clothing without zippers or metal near the treatment area. Exercise attire is recommended.
Remove all body piercings and jewlery. All body jewelry must be removed prior to your treatment.
Avoid sessions during your mensural cycle. EMS Sculpt sessions can be performed during your mensural cycle, however we strongly advise our clients to attempt to avoid scheduling a treatment during that time frame.

HOW DOES IT WORK? EMS Sculpt treatments are based on multiple powerful electromagnetic energies. A single EMS Sculpt session causes thousands of powerful muscle contractions which are extremely important in improving the tone and strength of your muscles. This flex, called a supramaximal contraction, repeats up to 30,000 times over a 30-minute period. In addition to building muscle, the body also breaks down and metabolizes the fat in the targeted area because of the energy used to cause the flexes. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET TREATMENTS? A minimum of 4 sessions per month spaced 5-7 days apart is recommend. For maximum results, clients should have 8 sessions over the course of a month spaced every 4-5 days. A minimum of 3 months of consistent treatments are recommended. WHO CAN BENEFIT? The best candidates for this treatment are men and women who are within 30 pounds of their ideal weight. It is vital that clients have a healthy lifestyle before EMS Sculpt treatments and plan to maintain the same lifestyle afterward. We recommend that EMS Sculpt session be used to increase muscle mass in the stomach and buttocks for both men and woman. Please note that we will not treat arms, legs, or chest due to the powerfulness of our device. HOW DOES IT FEEL? The process is painless and non-invasive. After a EMS Sculpt treatment, clients can immediately resume normal activities, including high impact exercise. After a EMS Sculpt session, clients may experience a moderate degree of muscle fatigue, stiffness and soreness for 24-72 hours, similar to a high impact workout.
HOW LONG WITH RESULTS LAST? Clients who maintain a regular fitness regimen and eat a healthy diet will see the longest-lasting results. The increase in the size of muscle will naturally decrease over time if you do not exercise or maintain the area in which an EMS Sculpting treatment was performed. We highly recommend 2 maintenance treatments every month to keep the enhanced muscle mass.
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT? The important thing to remember is EMS Sculpt is NOT a weight loss program, but a muscle building treatment. If you are looking to lose weight and remove excess fat from your body, then we recommend combining Cryo Slim treatments and GLP-1 Peptide therapy during the same timeframe. After all, you can’t see the muscles you’re building if they’re covered in too much fat. Achieve your ideal body with a personalized program that combines muscle-building technology, fat-freezing treatments, and GLP-1 peptide weight loss support. WHAT DO I WEAR? We recommend wearing comfortable clothes such as exercise attire. All body peircings and jewlery must be removed prior to treatment. CAN I BE ON MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE?
EMS Sculpt sessions can be performed during your period and is not a contraindication. Although we generally advise our clients to attempt to avoid scheduling their treatment during that time frame.
